Voyons ce qu&#8217;ils sont, comment les parfums peuvent atteindre de nouveaux publics et comment chaque type de marketing olfactif est utilis\u00e9. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Comme mon p\u00e8re y a fait allusion dans son blog de juillet pour <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.americancleaningandhygiene.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Cleaning &amp; Hygiene<\/a><\/strong>, <\/em><em><strong>le marketing olfactif<\/strong><\/em> nous permet de prendre des marques d&#8217;entreprise et les messages qu&#8217;elles v\u00e9hiculent et de les associer \u00e0 un parfum qui intensifie ces messages. \u00c0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de notre corps, notre nerf olfactif est responsable de notre sens de l&#8217;odorat et l&#8217;odeur est profond\u00e9ment li\u00e9e \u00e0 notre \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel. En fin de compte, il a une influence bien plus grande sur nos comportements que la plupart d&#8217;entre nous ne le r\u00e9alisent et ne le r\u00e9aliseront jamais. La technique consistant \u00e0 combiner les odeurs avec d&#8217;autres incitations sensorielles &#8211; telles que l&#8217;utilisation du son et de l&#8217;\u00e9clairage &#8211; peut s&#8217;av\u00e9rer tr\u00e8s efficace pour cr\u00e9er un lien \u00e9motionnel durable avec les clients. Je sais de premi\u00e8re main que les odeurs peuvent \u00eatre efficaces et influencer les d\u00e9cisions d&#8217;achat. J&#8217;ai fait une sp\u00e9cialisation en marketing olfactif au cours de ma derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9tudes \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9, il y a bien longtemps. Il y avait une pl\u00e9thore d&#8217;informations disponibles \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque et, dans les groupes de discussion que j&#8217;ai constitu\u00e9s dans le cadre de mes recherches, il \u00e9tait clair que l&#8217;odeur pouvait influencer la dynamique d&#8217;une d\u00e9cision, et pas seulement la d\u00e9cision d&#8217;acheter un article particulier. Alors que la notion de &#8220;marketing olfactif&#8221; devient de plus en plus populaire en tant que moyen pour les marques d&#8217;atteindre de nouveaux publics cibles, il existe en fait au moins trois types diff\u00e9rents de marketing olfactif : les <em>odeurs d&#8217;ambiance<\/em>, les <em>odeurs de signature<\/em> et les <em>odeurs th\u00e9matiques<\/em>. Tous ces types d&#8217;odeurs peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer le lien profond et durable entre l&#8217;entreprise et l&#8217;acheteur. Pensez \u00e0 un voyage dans un h\u00f4tel, en particulier dans un h\u00f4tel de luxe. Votre nez est imm\u00e9diatement attir\u00e9 par une odeur famili\u00e8re que vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e auparavant, n&#8217;est-ce pas ? Je vous expliquerai bient\u00f4t ce type de marketing olfactif&#8230;   <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Les odeurs th\u00e9matiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cela d\u00e9pend du type d&#8217;entreprise, par exemple un parfum de menthe rafra\u00eechissante ou d&#8217;herbes dans un spa. Vous ne voudriez pas aller dans un spa et sentir des ar\u00f4mes de nourriture, n&#8217;est-ce pas ? L&#8217;odeur est cens\u00e9e compl\u00e9ter le d\u00e9cor. Ainsi, dans un magasin de luxe pour hommes vendant des v\u00eatements de marque, un parfum frais et vif serait appropri\u00e9. En revanche, dans un spa, vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rerez un parfum relaxant ou revigorant, comme une touche de jasmin ou de lavande. Si vous vous trompez d&#8217;odeur th\u00e9matique, vous risquez d&#8217;alt\u00e9rer la perception qu&#8217;ont les visiteurs d&#8217;un lieu, pour le pire et non pour le meilleur.     <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Cr\u00e9er l&#8217;ambiance ad\u00e9quate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces odeurs sont plus subtiles. Le marketing olfactif ambiant est utilis\u00e9 pour couvrir et \u00e9liminer les odeurs d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables ou, en fait, pour combler un vide tout en poursuivant le th\u00e8me de l&#8217;emplacement. Les lieux tels que les toilettes et les grands espaces utilisent souvent des odeurs ambiantes pour leurs besoins en marketing olfactif, mais ils recherchent de plus en plus des notes parfum\u00e9es plus adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la vente au d\u00e9tail ou \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisateur final, plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;un simple agrume \u00e0 l&#8217;odeur sucr\u00e9e. Il est d\u00e9sormais courant de se rendre dans des restaurants haut de gamme et d&#8217;y trouver des diffuseurs \u00e0 roseaux &#8220;haut de gamme&#8221; ou des diffuseurs de parfums sophistiqu\u00e9s pour prolonger l&#8217;ambiance de l&#8217;espace principal. Il serait \u00e9trange de sortir d&#8217;un restaurant haut de gamme et de se retrouver dans des toilettes qui sentent mauvais ou qui d\u00e9gagent une odeur &#8220;bon march\u00e9&#8221; qui contraste compl\u00e8tement avec l&#8217;ambiance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du restaurant. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Je reconnais cette odeur&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comme je l&#8217;ai indiqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, certaines odeurs vous sont tellement famili\u00e8res que vous savez que vous pourriez entrer dans un magasin les yeux ferm\u00e9s et que vous sauriez dans quel magasin vous vous trouvez rien qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;odeur. Bienvenue aux odeurs de signature. Les odeurs de marque ou sur mesure se trouvent dans les grands magasins haut de gamme. Les odeurs fortes, audacieuses et luxueuses, telles que la bergamote et la noix de muscade, sont les plus recherch\u00e9es. Ces odeurs sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 la marque et aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements, pour une exp\u00e9rience vraiment unique. Il existe un magasin de d\u00e9tail particulier, dont les lecteurs connaissent certainement la marque sans m\u00eame que je la nomme. Ils avaient l&#8217;habitude de vaporiser leur apr\u00e8s-rasage caract\u00e9ristique dans tout le magasin et sur leurs v\u00eatements. Aujourd&#8217;hui, il suffit de s&#8217;approcher du magasin, voire d&#8217;y p\u00e9n\u00e9trer, pour que les passants sachent imm\u00e9diatement de quel magasin provient l&#8217;odeur.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Utiliser l&#8217;odeur comme outil de marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En lisant ce qu&#8217;est une odeur caract\u00e9ristique, vous comprendrez ce qu&#8217;est une odeur. Elle \u00e9voque des souvenirs, cr\u00e9e des moments qui n&#8217;existent pas autrement, des opportunit\u00e9s pour les d\u00e9taillants, les h\u00f4teliers et d&#8217;autres canaux commerciaux qui n&#8217;existent tout simplement pas avec d&#8217;autres sens. L&#8217;odeur influence les attitudes et les comportements &#8211; si vous la ma\u00eetrisez, le marketing olfactif peut \u00eatre un outil tr\u00e8s lucratif.
