Vectair, a global leader in aircare and hygiene solutions, announces a leadership transition designed to support the company’s continued growth and strategic priorities.
Effective February 1, 2026, Peter Lipke, Vectair’s Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board, and Steve Schoembs, Vectair’s President, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Lipke has served as CEO since December 2020, guiding the company through a period of growth and transformation, including the acquisitions of Big D Industries and WizKid Products in 2025. He has played a key role in strengthening Vectair’s position in the global aircare and hygiene markets. As Executive Chairman, Mr. Lipke will continue to support the company’s strategic direction, M&A priorities, and long-term growth initiatives.
“Vectair has great people and a strong team culture that delivers innovation and commitment to our customers,” said Mr. Lipke. “I’m proud of what we’ve built, and have full confidence in Steve’s leadership as he leads the company forward.”
Steve joined Vectair in October 2025 as President, leading the US sales strategy. As CEO, he will lead Vectair’s global operations, customer strategy, and innovation roadmap. Prior to joining Vectair, he served as CEO of Royal Paper and held senior leadership roles during a nearly 20-year career at Procter & Gamble.
“I’m honored to lead Vectair into its next phase,” said Mr. Schoembs. “We will continue to invest in innovation, customer success, and operational excellence.”
Vectair remains committed to its customers and partners worldwide and will continue investing in solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial and consumer environments.
